My first experience here. They were very good at helping with my posters. I was very very impressed by the owner who called me later to discuss the framing. She suggested options that would make them better…and she didn’t change extra. Above and beyond!!

Calynn was fantastic! She was primarily helping me out. However, all of the staff were extremely friendly and very polite. It was great to see a younger staff that actually cared about what they were doing.Most young staff I interact with anywhere act like customers are a pain. I am super happy with the service I was provided here and I can't wait to see the finished product when I get it back!!!!!!

Let's start with - 1 star because that is the minimum to be able to write a review. If Possible would give negative stars. This has been the worst customer service i have experienced in my more than 60 years of life. We took two pieces in on November 22 the expected finish date was stated as January 16. A total service order over $2,000.00 half paid on 11/22. When we did not hear from them on January 16 we reached out to make sure the pieces were complete. They were not, were were not notified, and the work had not been started. Finally one piece was completed but the other had not been started. We halted the process and made plans to pick up the finished piece and the unfinished product Feb 7. we received a credit for the excess deposit paid. That was it. No apology for missing the service deadline, for the late completion and the failure to even start the second item. Worst service ever experienced. And no one there seemed to care

The customer service Melissa provided went way beyond any expectation I possibly could have had. Her creativity and discerning eye created a beautiful piece that thrilled my husband (Christmas gift) and that we will enjoy for many years to come.Thank you, Melissa!!!
